In consideration of the acceptance of my entry fee in all Louisville Marathon events, I, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release all claims against, all promoters and supporters for all claims of damage, injuries, demands, actions in any manner as a result of my participation in all Louisville Marathon events. I hereby certify that I am physically able to complete said event.
